According to the by-laws, the President appoints the committee chairperson for all committees.  Additionally, the President appoints the entire Professional Standards and Grievance committee members.  All of the terms are for (one) year with the exception of the Grievance and Professional Standards which has rotating (three) year terms.  Committees are to meet three to four times per year.
